These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EnvirtualTech website (envirtualtech.com) and any services provided by EnvirtualTech ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

EnvirtualTech provides software development, design, cloud, and related technology consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon within separate project agreements or statements of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of agreed fees, the client retains full intellectual property ownership of all custom deliverables produced specifically for their project. EnvirtualTech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used during delivery.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of any project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
Ensure that any content, assets, or third-party materials provided are legally licensed for use.
Make payments as agreed in the project SOW.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined per project. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in work pausing until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnvirtualTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as defined in the applicable SOW. EnvirtualTech reserves the right to terminate access to any services for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking formal legal remedies.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
